Couldn\'t ask for a better way to buy dog food online. Selection is high quality, and delivery is generally well communicated (you get a text to tell you when your order will be arriving) and on time. Can recommend.

I have had more than one order messed up with this place and they don\'t seem to worry. I contacted them to complain and they just said that they could either resend my order or refund me. Fair enough but I won\'t be shopping here again.

Nothing but good things to say about Pet-Supermarket.co.uk. My vet recommended hypoallergenic dog food and the only place I could find the one he said I should get was here. Ordering was easy and I received the delivery quickly. With this kind of service I won\'t bother going to the shops and lugging heavy bags of food home again.

Dog food selection and prices were good here so I ordered for the first time and paid extra for fast delivery. My order then proceeded to be late, then it was the week-end so didn\'t arrive until afterwards to in the meantime I had to go out and buy food for my dog anyway. Unimpressed and probably won\'t be doing the online thing again.

The confirmed latest delivery date for the large order that I have paid premium delivery for has now gone, so my delivery is late. Trying to track my order and my account status just says \'received\'. I have been emailing Pet Supermarket to ask the whereabouts of the items and I am receiving a generic email stating that their response will be delayed. I wasted my money when I paid for premium delivery.

received damaged order so i emailed to tell them, received email back saying i would be contacted within 48hrs;NOTHING!!!emailed again on the third day still no reply. Will now have to buy reef salt locally so that i can keep my fish alive.I doubt i will use them again and will not recommend to anyone. if i hear nothing tomorrow i will be contacting trading standards.

I had never recieved a confirmation email or anything when I made the order. Then it never arrived at the comapny address that I gave. When I called customer service it was a pain to track the order down as I had paid by PayPal. Then they claimed UPS couldn\\\'t find the address (a big company on the street!)!! This happened twice with the same order! When I called again they said they were waiting on the goods to arrive at their base and then would contact me to refund the money. This never happened either!!! I needed to call them for the 3rd time and request my money back! Awful experience!!

Took 3 days to get my delivery because they use Yodel. Delivery drive actually drove past my window then added on the tracker that I had moved! Pet Supermarket were useless. They believe that a quick apology, keep your head down and the problem will disappear. Won\'t be using them again

Probably one of the worst companies I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Delivery date given on confirmation email is long gone and apart from automatic confirmations with case numbers and promises of contact they have not replied to any of my 3 emails. despite extensive search I cannot find an alternative number to the premium 0203 number they give and have tried this twice but they just keep you waiting while they charge 10p minute for the \"privilege\" which is just another way of extracting more money. Had to contact my credit card company today and open a dispute so I can get a refund and ordered elsewhere so my dog won\'t go hungry. Stay well away from this company, they can\'t be trusted and do not care.

Having used Petsupermarket before this is not the first occasion where poor packaging has led to items being squashed, causing them to leak out. These things happen however I was very disappointed at the deceitful service received. Upon receipt of the parcel we found the contents of one of the items everywhere. I immediately phoned their sales line, speaking with a woman who asked me to email in an image of the damage, which I did. Given it was close to Christmas I specifically asked her whether this would delay replacement, to which she told me that my email would be looked at within minutes, certainly within the hour, and they would take care of it. Two days on, now Christmas Eve, I receive an email to tell me they had only just dispatched the replacement. Therefore the only conclusion that can be drawn is the lady I spoke with lied/fobbed me off. She certainly didn\'t care about customer service and so I guess the moral of this story is \'don\'t believe what their telephone staff tell you\' they lie. Customer Service is evidently not high on their list of priorities....
